Introduction
My name is Marlowe Churchill & I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communication & Graphic Design. During my education, I had many pieces of work exhibited in art shows, kept a 4.0 GPA, & had my work published three times in Artistik Magazine – A national publication. I also graduated as Valedictorian of my graduating class. As a highly motivated person who has an eye for detail, organization & creativity; I strive to make every design the best it can be.
Since birth, I've been a creative force in everything that I do, from well-thought-out words & witty taglines, all the way to distinguished designs directed towards the well-being & wellness of others. For the past 15 years, my passion has been serving a higher purpose by taking a creative idea from concept to completion through a variety of marketing & advertising platforms for businesses of all sizes.
Experience & Skills
Design & creation of company & event branding through print & digital media; Including but not limited to invitations, flyers, posters, banners, brochures, booklets, books, workbooks, labels, portfolios, newsletters, email marketing & social media campaigns, wedding & event collateral, shadow boxes & other miscellaneous items for clients & their evolving business needs.
As far as computer programs & software are concerned, I have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge & Adobe Acrobat), WordPress, HTML, CSS, as well as Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint). I am also proficient with Mac & PC platforms, as I use both on a daily basis.
Marketing & promotion of any business goes far beyond just using design programs to present what you practice & preach, to reach your intended audience. The next layer of your soul-aligned success comes through the use of email marketing (Constant Contact, MailChimp or Zenoti) & social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest & Twitter). With many years of experience as a Project Manager & Senior Graphic Designer for several companies, I know how important it is to use as many avenues as possible to advance your reach in order to successfully deliver conscious content to your clients & the community.
